The Trackomat is a tool to log tracks from cars, self-propelled machinery, chopper, truck etc. The duration, distance and breaks are calculated and displayed on the Pocket PC. So it is no longer necessary to use note paper and pencil to record working hours, you can write a bill from the information recorded automatically by the Trackomat.
The program reads form a GPS receiver (inbuilt or via cable/Bluetooth) position, speed, date and time. After the program start, all these information are gathered and automatically logged. The driver can choose between private and business jobs. Breaks are automatically detected and marked for the further processing. The logged tracks can be directly processed within the Trackomat. On a memory card the tracks of more than 2 years can be stored. The files are compatible with GoogleEarth to display them geo referenced on aerial photos.
The Trackomat can send logged tracks via email within a selected interval to one or more recipient. The recipient can open the track file with GoogleEarth and can view where the Farmphone has been and how many breaks had been made.

To follow Trackomat tracks again, use Trackback. After tracking with Trackomat and fit in pictures and notes with JPG2KMZ, you can reload to your F@rmphone
Open the file with Trackback and it will lead the same way which you recorderd. The programme will show the insert pictures and notes that have been taken within the log of the track. further information about Trackback...
JPG2KMZ
JPG2KMZ you can add pictures, taken with a digital camera while recording a track with Trackomat to the log file. The photos are shown in GoogleEarth with a marker where they have been taken. You can add as many pictures as you like, there is no limitation.

Voicenotes
Document everything without writing, just with your voice
First you need to record with your desktop pc the questions. These questions you put together in question catalogues and define a time period for the answer. The catalogues are transferred to the F@rmphone, you can upload as many as you want.
As soon as the program is started, you can select the question catalogue and start the questioning with a button or touch on the screen. Voicenotes will play your recorded question and you have time to give an answer within the defined time than comes the next question, until all questions are answered. The questions and the answers are stored together in a mp3 file with the date and time as name. Later you can copy the mp3 files to you PC or listen to them on your F@rmphone.
SmartPhoneFinder
The software SmartPhoneFinder is an easy way to locate your friends, family members or employees and see their position on Google Maps. When a request SMS with a valid password is received, SmartPhoneFinder will send a SMS with a link to GoogleMaps. further information...
